Approach to Matrix Reimprinting & How I Work

I have been described as no- nonsense, efficient & effective. Kind but firm!
I'm not here to put plasters on your wounds, I am here to support you while you redesign & rebuild your life on stronger and healthier foundations.

We create stories that affect our daily lives, that have their roots in childhood. And beyond….
We have ancestral energies and patterns, limiting beliefs and subconscious programming

Only when we can see past this and make a commitment to ourselves to grow and heal, will we rise up from our past and create a beautiful future for ourselves and the planet we live on.

During a 1:1 session, I will tune into your energy at the appointed time, and ASK questions of your higher self, clearing energy as it surfaces, and rebalancing the system with the gentle flow of Reiki.

You will be sent an Audio recording, immediately after, which can be listened to as often as needed

Packages are online coaching journeys with questionnaires and accountability and the chance to join a private group for support and sharing
