I have been a Reiki, Crystal Therapist, and Control Practitioner for several years. It is my passion to help people overcome problems within their mind and body. I am situated in the middle of the Faversham countryside, surrounded by nature. You will find me in a peaceful and tranquil setting, waiting to aid you with any problems you may be experiencing or to help you take time out for "you".

Approach to Meditation & How I Work

Therapy is my passion. We will start by finding out what you want to achieve from the session and go from there. I offer a free hour-long introductory consultation for the Control System and half-hour taster sessions for Reiki and Crystal Therapy. I will teach you how to find healing within yourself.

I use a form of hypnotherapy called "The Control System". I offer a free, no-obligation consultation to explain how it works and ascertain if I think it is right for you before you decide to proceed. I also offer 30-minute Reiki and Crystal Therapy taster sessions.
