I have been practising as a psychotherapist for 25 years both within the Nhs and Privately. I am a fully accredited Integrative psychotherapist MBACP/UKRC Approved. I work with individuals,children, couples and families and have extensive experience with most mental health problems. I have specialist expertise in working with people with Eating difficulties and have also studied with the National Centre for Eating Disorders . I have also undertaken EFT therapy levels one and two which are used effectively for addiction, trauma, abuse and post-traumatic stress.
Alongside this I have taught at the Matrix Counselling Centre and also at the UEA .
I also offer supervision to other clinicians.

I TRAINED AS AN INTEGRATIVE THERAPIST AND I BELIEVE IN FACILITATING PEOPLES STRENGTHS IN THEIR OWN RECOVERY IN A NON JUDGEMENTAL WAY.
I USE A VARIETY OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES BEST SUITED TO THE INDIVIDUALS STRENTHS AND PREFERRED WAY OF WORKING.
MY THERAPY ROOM IS SET IN A PEACEFUL TRANQUIL SETTING IN THE HISTORIC MARKET TOWN OF HALESWORTH.
