I have followed my true passion and my natural skills for healing and I have qualified in many Holistic Therapies including EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming) , Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Holistic Massage, Energy Field Healing.

I have gone through emotional pain myself and my determination to fell better took me to my own spiritual journey.

My intention with my EFT healing sessions is to help you release tension held in mind body and spirit and facilitate an experience of joy and peace within.

We can't be truly happy if we don't address the shadows and the pain that we carry from the past. Peace and joy are our birth right! They are available for us and my mission is to help you access them and take your power back.

I utilize EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and combine it with other powerful healing tools such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness, Unconscious Mind Reprogramming, Breathing, and Energy Healing work to assist you in addressing the root causes of your emotional discomfort and blockages.

If you want to work with me we can arrange a call to discuss your issues and if you want to proceed we'll book a zoom call. I only work remotely. It is very effective and it works well with my client's other commitments as they have their session in the comfort of their home. Very powerful indeed.
