I started as a Teacher of Speech Drama and English and diversified into Theatre in Education and then Theatre with a career in Stage TV and Film as Actor Singer Teacher Writer and Director. I have been a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner for many years and was once in Harley Street London W1. I believe this enables me to offer a unique blend of skills. I am an Advanced Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner with special skills in dealing with anxiety and depression, stress and confidence. NLP, Deep Trance, PTSD and Psychological Trauma and Weight Management and Dietary Issues. Esoteric Hypnosis such as Past Life Regression, Mental retraining and LBL. Approach to Mindfulness & How I Work

I work WITH my clients to evolve the best strategies for them to overcome habits, addictions, fears, phobias, and diverse complex interrelated problems. We will discuss in confidence for an hour and then I will give therapy using the best mix of my skills that I judge will help and record the session and supply a suitable bespoke MP3 file. This is a Holistic therapy - so if your weight issues or reasons to smoke are underpinned by anxiety or depression or boredom or worry or stress or something else - we will work to find approaches and strategies to replace the unwanted coping strategy of overeating, self medicating or smoking or changing the habitual response to a stimulus - such as needle or spider phobia or fear of flying or social phobia or blushing. Additional Rate Information

Sessions can be up to ninety minutes or more. I charge a reduction if a course (recommended) is booked - so three sessions would be £200 - a saving of £10. HypnoGastricBand is £280 for four sessions of high quality bespoke weight loss without being on yet another yoyo diet. Past Life Regression is £80 per session. Special rates for NHS on production of evidence.
