I am a trained mindfulness practitioner and teacher.
Being a healthcare professional, I am passionate about brain health, neuroplasticity, preventative measures to health & lifestyle medicine. There is interlink between the mental and physical health. Stress management, sleep, social relations, healthy diet, exercise, spending time in nature all play important role in optimising our mental and physical health. I apply mindfulness based and cognitive approaches, breathwork & various guided meditation practices to address individual stress management, anxiety, low mood, chronic pain & sleep to improve overall health & wellbeing. Mindfulness and meditation help with self awareness, emotional regulation and cognitive control. I am keen to share my skills and expertise of various mindfulness techniques, meditation, breathwork and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches to improve individual health and wellbeing.
Mindfulness trains us to respond wisely to all kinds of life experiences rather than reacting blindly. It enhances neuroplasticity by rewiring neural connections. Breathwork helps to rebalance the autonomic nervous system.

Background & Mindfulness Qualifications

I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing. I am an experienced practitioner with over six years of experience. I have received mindfulness teacher training qualification in November 2018 from Mindfulness Now at St. Johns College Oxford, affiliated to the licensing body - UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. I am a registered/licensed member of UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (UK CMM).

Mindfulness now draws on principles of mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.

My Specialisms
