I specialise in Massage therapies only and believe that a regular massage, can keep your body healthy and keep you in touch, with any changes to its condition and performance. If you feel well, you look well. We are living in an age when our physical appearance is everything. We could alternatively, be looking from the inside out, not just superficially, for health and happiness. A regular massage can improve the function of your body, aiding circulation, and lymph drainage, relaxing muscles and releasing toxins and waste products, leaving you feeling relaxed and more able to cope. It can release pain and regularly release the tension and stress of modern living. As you get older massage helps maintain your mobility, removing stiffness in joints and helping to stimulate elasticity and suppleness in the skin and muscles.
I also believe that massage should be therapeutic as well as relaxing and that a large group of therapists are limited in their knowledge of the physiology of the body which is vital if you are going to stimulate and enhance health and vitality. I practice very thorough techniques that reach the parts other treatments do not reach.
