Digestion is a key factor in health and symptoms such as bloating, wind, IBS, acid reflux. food allergies and depression can manifest unless corrected. Digestion is vitally important as what we absorb each day in our diet, will affect every cell in our body and affect the way we look and feel. With over 27 years of experience in nutritional medicine, I have helped thousands of patients of all ages. Some of the most common health conditions I deal with are gut/digestion/IBS/bowel, candida, weight, hormonal, fatigue, autoimmune, respiratory skin/chronic skin conditions, allergies, fertility/unexplained infertility and pre-conceptual guidance for healthy pregnancies and babies.

I have a holistic and functional medicine approach addressing the root cause of health issues and focusing on the body as a whole, rather than on individual symptoms. This can include functional testing such as blood, urine, hair, saliva and stool samples if necessary. I look at underlying imbalances and deficiencies, impaired digestion, toxic overload as well as emotional trauma to restore overall health. Simple and realistic dietary and lifestyle changes can significantly improve your well-being. A low allergenic diet and the removal of toxins allows your immune system to repair, and your body function properly.

I suffered multiple allergies when in my early twenties, which were successfully dealt with through nutritional medicine. Since then I focused my full attention and career on helping others regain their health. If appropriate I offer a full range of functional laboratory diagnostic testing at leading laboratories.

Four days after consultation...."the eczema all over her body including her face is clearing up quickly, the nappy rash has gone together with the diarrhoea, which has now turned into normal stools."
