I use a variety of therapeutic models to meet individual needs, including CBT-I, ACT and CFT. I practise Mindfulness and offer this as part of a sleep intervention.
I offer a comprehensive initial assessment and report with initial recommendations. For many clients significant progress follows two or three further therapy appointments. Other clients have more complicated and long-standing difficulties which require a greater commitment to therapy.

Please note the initial assessment process is £240. Theis involves an online assessment 1h 15 mins , plus a review of medical/health information relevant to sleep disorder, sleep diaries and questionnaires. I provide a summary of the assessment (which can also go to the GP), initial recommendations and resources. For many clients significant improvements to sleep can follow the implementation of specialist recommendations with two or three follow up therapy appointments. For clients with longer standing and/or more complex difficulties a greater commitment to therapy may be needed. I also offer limited face to face appointments for clients based in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
