About me I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist also, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)., with extensive experience of working with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties with relationship, bereavement, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, loss, and much more, In addition to my private counselling practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also have experince of working with mental health issues through Mind which is the leading mental health charity for England and Wales.I am also trained in the areas of Relationship issues Bereavement Counselling and Art therapy,. My role as a Counsellor is neither to give you advice nor to 'fix things', but to listen actively to your difficulties and help you clarify your needs, thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. We may look at unresolved past issues, your current life situation, the future or explore together the options you have in making decisions and managing your life. The aim of our work together is to help you gain a greater awareness, feel more in control of your life and open yourself to all of your possibilities.
