Welcome! I am a person-centred psychotherapist specializing in supporting professionals and young people (11+) with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, bereavement, stress, loneliness, social anxiety, health anxiety, and perfectionism. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet your unique needs, helping you navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.

Having spent over 20 years as a project manager and teacher, I deeply understand the pressures of high-stakes environments—tight deadlines, competing priorities, and the impact of stress on mental health. Now, I use this experience to help professionals manage workplace stress, overcome perfectionism, and build resilience for a healthier work-life balance.

Alongside this, I am passionate about supporting young people as they navigate academic pressures, social anxiety, low self-confidence, and emotional struggles. My work with young clients focuses on creating a safe, understanding space where they can express themselves freely and develop coping strategies for anxiety, stress, and self-doubt.

Flexible Therapy Options:
✔ Online sessions - Secure video sessions via Google Meet or Teams (UK-wide)
✔ Phone sessions - Accessible counselling from the comfort of your own space (UK-wide)
✔ In-person sessions - Held in a private, comfortable space in Greater Manchester

Fluent in English and Romanian, I am proud to provide culturally sensitive therapy that is inclusive and accessible to a diverse range of clients.

Take the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, anxiety, self-doubt, grief, or life transitions, or seeking support for your teen, I'm here to help.
