Background & Psychotherapy Qualifications

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and continually expand my knowledge with trauma-focused training and CPD (Continuing Professional Development). My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches that support trauma recovery, and I am committed to providing therapy that is both effective and compassionate.

I have experience working with women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, neglect, and rape, helping them process the lasting effects of trauma. My approach is informed by ongoing training in trauma therapy, dissociation, attachment wounds, and the complexities of healing after long-term or early-life trauma.
