Kat Hurst
Psychotherapist in Wakefield

Hello, my name is Kat and I am an anxiety and trauma focused therapist and clinical supervisor, registered with the BACP.

I support clients who have experienced any kind of anxiety such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, depression and/or any kind of trauma or abuse, such as physical, sexual, psychological, neglect, etc. I work from a gendered perspective with women and girls and those who identify as female only from the age of 14 and above.

If you are seeking therapy for something other than a specific anxiety issue or trauma, I would be glad to meet with you so you can determine if my way of working will be suitable for your needs. I believe empowerment is the key to moving on after trauma and therefore, it is empowerment that I put at the forefront of my work with clients.

Please email me at contact@kathursttherapy.co.uk for any questions or bookings.
