Thankyou for taking the time to view my profile. I am an experienced integrative counsellor registered with BACP and also a living well officer. I am passionate in making a difference in people's lives and have a great deal of life experience that has taught me change is possible. I am here for you to help and support you to work through your thoughts, feelings and emotions and find a way forward and build a happy and more positive future. I know what it feels like to suffer with trauma, anxiety an depression having suffered myself in the past.

I have worked with clients presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, self esteem, domestic abuse, stress, menopause, grief and loss as well as many more. 

I understand that getting in touch can feel quite daunting and I promise to make you feel at ease in taking the first step. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to discuss anything without judgement. 

I offer counselling sessions online or by telephone and will provide a home visit for housebound clients local to myself.
