Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

I work from an integrative framework, drawing on various theories and modalities to support you.

I can help with:

Processing current or past relationships
Understanding family dynamics
Managing depression and anxiety
Addressing expressive blockages and inner conflicts

Together we will identify inner resistances, limiting beliefs, and past trauma. This process clarifies your authentic needs so you can move forward confidently, free from what no longer serves you.

In our sessions:

You speak freely in a secure, confidential space
We explore your personal story
We pinpoint triggers
We develop new behaviours for lasting change

My approach is warm, nonjudgemental, and client-centred. I adapt our work to your needs and goals, whether you want to overcome fears, build resilience, or gain clarity. I support you every step.

If you're ready to take the next step or want more information, please get in touch. I look forward to working with you towards a more fulfilling life.
