Psychotherapist in Chesham

I am an experienced counselor and Supervisor, registered with the BACP dealing with depression, relationship and anxiety related difficulties together with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) and OCD for adults, couples, young people and children. I have worked for some years in a charity and at school as well as privately. I also counsel people with Bi-polar and personality disorders, IBS as well as spiritual counselling.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental and friendly face to face environment using a variety of therapies including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) person centered counselling, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, lifestyle choices, online counselling and art therapy.

In addition, If you are nervous of coming to see a counsellor or your condition prevents you travelling, I am also able to offer a variety of alternatives.
