Hi, I'm Angela, a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist trained in several ‘4th wave' psychology mind body modalities including RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), EMDR, PSYCH-K®, Clinical EFT and Mindscaping. I specialise in treating depression, anxiety, lack of self esteem and procrastination - with a particular focus on business and career objectives. I also help clients quit smoking, and eliminate fears and phobias.

I have achieved excellent results using one or a combination of cognitive therapies, by identifying and clearing unwanted beliefs or behaviours - many dating back to childhood. By accessing and rewiring the subconscious mind, conditions that normally take years to overcome can be cleared with just one to three sessions.

I studied Psychology at University, and after graduating with a BA and Master of Business I worked for many years in the corporate world. Despite my success I suffered from low self-esteem, and using hypnotherapy and other mind body techniques I was able to rewire the subconscious mind. This inspired me to train as a clinical hypnotherapist and I now help hundreds of others transform their lives.

I have a General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP) with the GHSC, and am a Registered Practitioner with the GHR, the UK's largest and most prominent organisations within the field of Hypnotherapy. I am listed as a Clinical Hypnotherapist on the CNHC Accredited Register, overseen by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. I have a Diploma in EMDR and I have also trained in Advanced Evidence-based Clinical EFT with Dr Peta Stapleton, Associate Professor in Psychology at Bond University, and one of the world's leading authorities in Clinical EFT.
