About me, I'm Amber and I have always been aware of complementary medicines ever since I can remember, my journey to where I am now started in 2003. My mum has been suffering from M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) for many years and I felt I needed to do something that could support her. She had tried lots of different treatments from prescribed medication to homeopathy with varying results. With this in mind I looked at a variety of therapies but one stood out, Reflexology.

I have worked in administration roles for years, but a job at Nelsons in London ignited a passion for holistic medicines and therapies.
