This is a standalone session lasting between 3-4 hours. At the start, I'll explain the process and ensure you're comfortable. You don't need to share specific details about your past experiences; instead, we work with your unconscious mind to clear trapped emotions and reframe their meaning. It's a gentle yet incredibly effective process with lasting results.
I will also follow up with a 30-minute check-in the following week to see how you're feeling and ensure the changes are settling in well.
