I have been a holistic therapist for 30 years collectively. Up grading and adding to my skills in order to offer my clients' the therapies they need.

I am personable and approachable putting my clients wellbeing and comfort at the forefront of my business.

Background & Reiki Qualifications

I have numerous recognised qualifications that I have obtained over my 30 years of practicing as a therapist. (IHBC, IIHHT, NVQs, City and Guilds, to name a few)

Apart from being self employed I have worked as a temp for The Life House, Sopwell House and Champneys.

Developing my listening and helping skills is very important to me. This has led me to complete Level 2 in counselling skills and I am now in the throws of Level 3.

My Specialisms

I offer a wide range of alternative and complementary therapies that focus on relieving muscular aches and pains, reducing anxiety and stress levels and promoting balance and harmony.

These include Reiki energy healing, Soul Therapy, Spiritual Healing, Aromatherapy and Swedish massage, Reflexology, holistic facials with shiatsu pressure point massage and thermal auricular therapy.

I have an open and honest approach with my clients that focuses on listening and tapping into their personal needs.

I provide a safe and confidential space which enables my clients to relax and embrace the power of holistic therapy.

I have worked intuitively for most of my working life which led me to becoming a holistic therapist.

Being a regular member and participant of the spiritualist church and their circles has further developed my intuition and connection with the spiritual realm.
