I trained with the National College of Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy an Organisation Accredited to Higher Education, Member of the National Register of Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.... The use of Hypnotherapy coupled with Psychotherapy leads to a more deeper understanding of one's problems, therefore the time spent in Therapy is less. Clients stress levels are greatly reduced and there coping strategies greatly enhanced, thus a return to Physical and Mental Well Being in a Shorter Time.
My work as a Complementary Practitioner covers many areas as well as a Hypno- Psychotherapist I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and have many Students, some have gone on to study stage 2 or 3 of Reiki however most learn Reiki for Self-Healing..... I Graduated with the Scottish School Of Reflexology in 1994 and am a Full Member of the International Federation of Reflexologists.... I have 22 years experience working with Ayrshire Cancer Support using the above Therapies to help relieve symptoms of Stress, Nausea, Needle phobia Pain relief etc; and after completing a Pilot Study at Crosshouse Hospital in 2010 it's success has allowed me to continue administering Complimentary Therapies to Patients in the Oncology Ward.
I continue to see Clients privately and offer a free 1/2 hour Consultation this allows both Client & Myself to be sure which Therapy is right for them.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

I have been a Complementary Therapist for 23 years and during that time I have trained and widened my knowledge and experience through training workshops/ Seminars and Practical Experience. Continual Professional development is an important part of keeping updated with new techniques that are paramount to clients needs. Although other methods for weight loss are successful tailored to the individual, Having studied Virtual gastric Band for weight loss I find it very beneficial in helping clients to lose weight, the person feels more in control over their eating habits and this promotes a return to becoming more confident..

I offer an initial half hour consultation, where both the client & myself can make the decision whether we go ahead with the chosen Therapy best suited to overcome whatever the problem may be.
