My passion is reflexology. Since I trained, I have treated a wide range of clients for a wide variety of reasons. Reflexology is a wonderful ancient therapy and may benefit you by reducing stress and tension, improving sleep and generally giving a sense of wellbeing and mood improvement. If you have never had reflexology before, why not come for a 30 minute taster treatment or contact me to find out more. It is an easy treatment to receive and you only remove your shoes and socks. I work as a senior therapist for the Harmony Therapy Trust who provide those who live in Kent with free complementary therapy if they have Cancer or other life altering diseases. The Harmony Therapy Trust is NHS approved but not NHS funded.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

I work with you to see how reflexology might benefit you. We talk together during a consultation and then I start reflexology when you are happy. After the treatment we discuss it and see what you might like to do best. I have clients who come weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as an when they feel they would like a treatment.
