I am a Holistic Practitioner helping clients with their well-being. I help them to reach a peaceful state with their experiences.

My aim is to assist you to create a shift within that helps with the forward movement in a compassionate and supportive way. The forward movement isn't only about the linear progress, but also about becoming more self-aware and conscious (the depth).
I truly love assisting people on their journey and giving them the space and time they need to rediscover their inner resources and reconnect to their true selves to overcome diversities.

The main tool I am using is EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques or ‘Tapping'. It is a gentle yet powerful mind-body method that can also be used as a self-help method. It combines a gentle touch together with mindful and vocal attention to thoughts and feelings. And this leads to uncovering ‘hidden' memories, experiences underlying and influencing our current state. By revealing them, we allow our subconscious to develop a new way of seeing ourselves and our experiences.

Apart from EFT I also offer Systemic Constellations, Reiki treatments and Systemic Life Coaching.
In my sessions, I often use a bespoke blend of different modalities if that is what would support you the best on your journey.

I enjoy working with individuals and small groups from all different walks of life who are open and curious about approaching their blocks from a holistic point of view.

Beyond the masks we wear all we want is to be accepted and loved. We want this from others,
but it is often WE who aren't able to give ourselves the love and respect we deserve. We judge ourselves based on how the world around us reacts to our needs and sees us. We are part of the world and the world is part of us. We mutually influence each other.

I work mainly in English, Hungarian and Slovak.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

In my approach, I focus on the mind-body-heart-soul connection. I am assisting you to create a heartfelt connection.

When we look at the now and what we experience is always a result of something that happened before. We are dealing with consequences whether those within our control or, beyond it.

In our sessions, we explore and understand how early experiences, past relationships, family history (just to mention a few) impacted you and how to move through the experiences and emotions that are overwhelming. You become conscious of the hidden dynamics, and deepen your self-knowledge and self-awareness, which leads to better choices. So, you become more resilient in the face of diversities by focusing inwards rather than outwards.

The holistic approach I practice allows me to view the obstacles from many different angles, integrate different approaches (Western and Eastern points of view), see the individual both as complete and whole and also as part of a system (systems such as family, community, organisation, nation etc)

Apart from EFT I also offer stand-alone Systemic (Family) Constellations and Reiki Treatments and Systemic Life Coaching.
Systemic constellations is a method that helps you to get a resolution to deeper issues or problems you feel that you know inside out and yet couldn't find the resolution;
It helps reveal the hidden dynamics within the system (family, community, organisation) and contributes to allowing yourself to live your own life. The goal is to find workable and sustainable steps for long-term change.

Reiki is a universal life energy. It supports the body's self-healing abilities. It is a form of meditation that is beneficial whether you are experiencing stress on a daily basis or you'd like to treat yourself to a session of deep relaxation and meditation.

I also offer a free 30 mins consultation to give us space to see what is the best way forward to help you and also answer any of your questions.
