Having spoken on radio and given many interviews reference Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NLP) and Life Coaching techniques.
She also provides Past Life Regression where she has gained great plaudits, from her peers and her clients, as her depth and breadth of knowledge in this particular area of study is second to none.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

When I work with clients, be it in a one to one session, online or workshop environment.
I work on finding the path of least resistance that my client is comfortable to follow.
Using many of the professional skills I have attained over time and life experiences over the years, to help clients progress in their personnel and professional development, let go of old patterns of behaviours that no longer serve them.
I encourage and assist them in creating a clear vision, of How, who, what and where they want to be in their lives.

I like to think that through my work, I have contributed in a good way to the quality of life that my clients are living now.

Defining the roles that they play in their lives and accepting that nothing is forever, all we are is change.
