Background & Relationship Therapy Qualifications

Finding the right therapist is an important step and I believe in being transparent about my qualifications and approach so you can feel confident in your choice.

My Qualifications:
✔ MSc in Psychology - providing a strong foundation in human behaviour and mental health.
✔ Diploma in Integrative Counselling (NHS Inter-Psyche Training Institute) - integrating the different therapeutic approaches that I am trained and experienced in to suit your needs
✔ Certificate in Counselling Skills (NHS Inter-Psyche Training Institute) - grounding my practice in effective communication and support techniques
✔ MBACP Registered - ensuring I adhere to high professional and ethical standards.

I provide 1:1 therapy for adults and young adults (15+) struggling with different aspects such as anxiety, depression, coping skills and past experiences. I also have worked with those working towards different goals and life changes as I believe therapy is also a great support for when we are looking towards bettering ourselves.

I have also worked in the emergency services for over 10 years, my experience in this role also giving me deep insight into high-pressure roles and their emotional toll.

I offer both in-person and online 1:1 talking therapy, making sessions accessible to suit your needs. Whether you're looking for a safe space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, or navigate a life transition, I'm here to support you.

Sessions are 50 minutes long at times and dates that you pick.
