I offer short-term, long-term & goal focus therapy depending on your needs. I work with Adults & Couples inclusive of all Genders, Sexual Orientations, Religious beliefs & Disabilities.

Approach to Relationship Therapy & How I Work

I tailor-make my sessions for the individual or couple I work with. I offer online sessions on Tuesdays & Wednesdays & face-to-face sessions on Fridays at a Heswall clinic on the Wiraal.


It is important to feel at ease with your Therapist and I offer a first session at a reduced fee of £40. During this space you can share in detail what you are struggling with, you will get an idea of how I work, and see if I am the right Therapist for you. Additional Rate Information

Consultation £40 for 50 mins. I offer a reduced fee for a consultation. During this time I would complete an assessment with you, you can share in detail the issues you are having, and we can see if we are compatible in working together moving forwards.
