I have been a manual therapist for 10 years and a movement therapist using Tai Chi for over twenty years.

Background & Structural Integration Qualifications

Currently the emphasis of my work is in fascia, having recently added Advanced ScarWork after Breast Cancer to my therapies. My practise includes ScarWork, Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, Anatomy Trains, Sports and Remedial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and teaching Tai Chi. I hold well recognised qualification in all the therapies I offer and am fully insured. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Assocication and an instructor for Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

Approach to Structural Integration & How I Work

Releasing the body through a combined approach using both manual and movement therapy. We get together, discuss what youre looking to achieve and bring the best training I have to work for you. I like to actively involve you in reclaiming the health of your body.
I see disacbled clients in their homes, work at a care home for those on the autistic spectrum, work with clients with long term neurological conditions. The majority of clients come to me via referral from existing clients.

Additional Rate Information

I have listed my standard rate for structural integration, other rates are lower and I offer concessions when needed. Please feel free to make contact and open the discussion about treatments and your treatment rates. I would hate anyone to continue in pain just because a treatment is more than they can currently afford. The Mediataion is the moving meditation of Tai Chi and rates vary depending on the class.
