Focusing, developed by Gene Gendlin, is a practice of tuning into bodily sensations to access deep, intuitive knowledge. It provides insight when we feel stuck, uncertain, or in need of direction and has been widely used in personal growth, problem-solving, and creative expression. Focusing can be practiced regularly in 1-2-1 or small group settings, making it a valuable tool for ongoing self-discovery.
Systemic Constellation Work, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, reveals hidden family and systemic patterns that influence our lives. By tapping into the collective knowledge of a system, it brings awareness to unspoken entanglements and intergenerational influences. Unlike Focusing, Constellation Work is typically a one-off intervention, offering profound shifts in a single session, that being either a group session with other participants representation or 1:1 session using a constellation board or figurines. Even as an observer, the experience can be deeply insightful.
Both methods provide unique pathways to greater awareness and healing—whether through regular introspection or a powerful, one-time systemic intervention.
TRE
(Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) helps address deep-seated patterns of physical and psychological contractions stored in our body tissues—often without our awareness. These patterns can keep us stuck in protective reflexes like fight, flight, or freeze, draining energy and disrupting sleep, hunger, and overall well-being.
The session is a combination of exercises, the period of exploring the neurological tremor and integration.
Halina Rozensztrauch's approach to therapy is rooted in embodiment, recognising the body as a source of deep wisdom and insight. She works with the understanding that we often carry our issues — physically and emotionally — in the form of body "armour" and fixed narratives. Her sessions aim to soften these defences and engage the body's felt knowing, combining systemic perspectives to explore the symptoms, patterns, and concerns that matter most to each person.
She offers a range of formats to suit different needs:
• 1:1 sessions for personalized, in-depth work.
• Small group explorations (3-4 people) for a more intimate, shared experience.
• Larger group processes, including Constellation sessions and Focusing skills workshops, for those seeking broader insight and connection.
Sessions are available both online and in person, providing flexibility and accessibility for her clients.
